Since 1924 Lakeside Bakery has been making fine breads. Throughout our history we have dedicated a substantial part of the bakery's capacity to servicing wholesale accounts. Lakeside Bakery Raisin bread is made from brioche dough. It contains 85% sultana raisins, lemon and orange peel, candied fruit from the flour weight and does not contain preservatives. Yet it has an excellent shelf life of up to 4-5 days. Because of the richness of the bread it has good freezing characteristics.
